About the event
Connection and Community are at the heart of healthy living. This weekend is designed to inspire a return to our true path which is inner peace and ease. We will explore all of the magic of Yoga's ancient practices and some modern ones, to help create a more sustainable union between mind and body. A time for women to feel, rest, laugh, play, dance, witness and commune with new and old friends.
Arrival: Friday Afternoon 5pm: Gather, greet, move and share followed by a yummy dinner
Saturday/Sunday Mornings
7:30am: Breathwork, chanting, journaling and meditation
8:15am: Healthy breakfast provided each day
9:30am: Asana practice suited for all levels
Saturday Midday: Your free time! Check out Woodstock, take a nap by the fire or spend time in the woods - this is an opportunity to nurture individual needs.
Saturday Afternoon: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Level 1
