Asanas - Standing Poses, Twists, Backbends, Forward Bends, Balances, Hip Openers, Inversions and Restorative, all with correct warm ups.
Effective sequencing of postures as they relate to a Vinyasa Yoga class.

Intelligent class design/sequencing
Guided Savasana and Meditation
Student/Self as Demo
Written assignments to be completed on time.
Know Sanskrit names of the postures taught.
Seva-Selfless Service
Final written test
